How these figures were worked out — rates last checked 14 August 2026. These are illustrative examples, not a quotation, and your own agreement may differ. Based on publicly reported rates: Just Eat's self-delivery commission of 14% + VAT (source); Uber Eats publishes 13% for self-delivery and pickup and 30% when it delivers (source); Deliveroo does not publish a rate card and is negotiated per restaurant, with industry guides reporting roughly 25–35% (source). VAT applies on top of commission, and the Uber Eats and Deliveroo figures above are shown without VAT added, so the real cost of those platforms is higher than stated here. The figures also deliberately exclude Just Eat's additional per-order fee, so a real saving is more likely to be larger than shown than smaller. Card processing fees apply on every platform, including your own site. Rates change — always confirm current pricing directly with each provider.
